Stuff

So, I am desperately waiting for Season Seven of SG-1.

I am watching Dead Like Me, but it's a 14-episode season (I don't know whether to damn HBO for the shortness of the season, or applaud how damn good the show is).

I have now seen all the Buffy and Angel Episodes that missed (with the exception of Damage. Must find someone with a copy of Damage).

That leaves me with not much to watch. At least, nothing SF or Fantasy.

Blah.

And the ending of Dark Angel didn't tie up a single damn loose end, it just made more.

I could start the X-Files, but I have seen most of it. And it no fun to watch the X-File without someone there to mock the science in the show with me. The Boy does not mock. The Boy hates it when I mock.

I still need to explain to him how I can love a show but make quips about the silliness of the science. Prior explanations have fallen flat.

And there is no one to squee over the fanfiction I have been reading.

Blah.

Blame Showtime for the shortness of the Dead Like Me. :)

Then find out if Dark Knight is a) fits your fantasy bill and b) is available on DVD.

Or maybe you could get into Smallville?

Seen most of Dark Knight.

Is Smallville any good? I have seen individual episodes and wasn't much impressed, but then again, I didn't get any of the arc.

The real problem is I love discussing the shows, hashing them out, and I am not really around much fen these days.

The 4400 sounds interesting. Will have to look for DVDs in about a year. (DVDs from shows really need to come out sooner)

Then maybe you can tell me if Dark Knight is any good, 'cause I haven't seen any of it. :)

Smallville *rocks*. The first season takes a little while to get itself together, but after that it's nothing but awesome. And it just keeps getting better.
