Writing

I don't let other people read what I write.  Ever.  It's kinda an unwritten rule that I have - not because I want to, but because somewhere along the line, I got the idea that my writing sucked.  Sucked big.  Sucked in that must be hidden away from everyone, writing a character background that someone is going to read is traumatic kinda way. 

Which, is going to prevent me from ever really writing anything.

I have a fandom journal, where I have friended lots of fanfiction journals.  I am not up to writing fanfiction yet - I can't find my own "voice" let alone that of someone's else character.  But I have written some of my characters related stuff.  And I let scarlet_storm read some of it.

And my world didn't end.

So, I am going to use it as a writing journal.  Maybe think about making some of the stuff public.  Because even though no one will read it, just the fact that someone could - maybe that will help me get over the whole fear of someone reading something I have written that isn't work related.
