very sick.  very very sick.

work was very cold on friday, even with my heater.  which means the illness i was fighting off, it won.

i hate being sick.

you're supposed to bulk up on vitamins! Also, there's this new thing called Airborne with many generic versions. And Zinc! Zinc prevents this stuff.

Airbonre is gross. Really, really gross. I was taking it for part of the time.

But I was taking vitamins. I was getting about 2000% vitamin C a day, twice the vitamins B and A and lots of zinc.

Sadly, cold seems to win with the cold that we are passing around.

Perhaps there's little that can be done. I'm one of the most compulsive hand-washers I know and even I got taken down by something I've never had before.

I've found Airborne mixes well with my favorite soda. :) Which flavor didja try?
