Of course, if you kick out all you discpline problems, the kids that are left will have high rates of success. Ya, think? Educator who thinks he has the solution to the problems that ail education. His solution tends to have a lot of expulsions. Since I favor teenagers getting an education, I think he's an idiot.
But at least now I have heard his point of view.
