According to Wikipedia, Leonard Cohen recorded multiple versions of it with differing lyrics. The Wikipedia article also conveniently lists some of the more popular covers of it, with exceprts you can listen to: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hallelujah_(Leonard_Cohen_song) (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hallelujah_(Leonard_Cohen_song))
Unfortunately, it sounds like most of the cover recordings are based off John Cale's cover, but maybe you'll find one to suit your needs.
"And even though It all went wrong I'll stand before the Lord of Song With nothing on my tongue but Hallelujah "
which it looks like it in the 1968 version. I haven't found a cover with those lines in yet - most of the covers seem to like the no hope at all version - but I will check out wikipedia, thanks!
Oh, and Hello! Are you someone I know under a different name, or just a visitor? :)
