I moved out here because it was warm and sunny.  Warm and Sunny. 

I understand that the winter months of Dec, Jan, and Feb bring rain.  I have always acknowledged the rain, unlike most of the drivers out here. 

But I do need to say WTF?  Hail?  In March?  That I can HEAR from inside?

Please bring back the sun.  I miss it.  The damp and the chilly and draft?   It's not the rainy months.  Hail?  I mean, come on, ice falling from the sky in Los Angeles? 

Blah.

It's days like this that I miss Seattle. I mean if it's going to be dreary, chill, and damp, I might as well have green and good buses and good libraries.

I'll see your Seattle and raise you a tropical island. The unheated pool in the garden is warm enough to swim in at night. Not only our sky, but also the sea is sufficiently clear and blue that one can see a considerable distance in it and have the rays, fish, and birds backlit by a perfect turquoise. *waves from Grand Cayman*
